Friday, January 13, 8:30-10am - Child Sexual Assault Exposed

Location: Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, Board Room, 4745 Wheaton Drive, Fort Collins

Professionals from ChildSafe, the Child Advocacy Center serving Larimer County and Sexual Assault Victim Advocate Center will discuss this difficult subject and lend advice on when to suspect it, how to report it and help available to victims.

Bicycle and Pedestrian Education Coalition

BPEC meets the first Tuesday of each month, 3:30-5pm.

Want to learn how to bike more safely?

Take the Traffic Skills 101 course that's based on the League of American Bicyclists curriculum. The course will include bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills and crash avoidance techniques. It's recommended for students above the age of 14 years. This fast-paced, eight-hour course prepares cyclists for a full understanding of "vehicular cycling."  You will gain the confidence you need to ride safely and legally in traffic or on the trail.

When: Saturday, January 21, 8am-4pm

Where: Global Village Museum, 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins

Cost: FREE! Includes lunch.
