Healthier Communities Coalition of Larimer County

HCC is governed by a Council with representation from entities throughout Larimer County. HCC has four standing committees:

-Executive Committee
-Sustainability Committee
-Research and Evaluation Committee
-Communications Committee

Currently, HCC employs one full-time coordinator. Volunteers and interns help with a variety of projects.
