Welcome!
The Healthier Communities Coalition of Larimer County (HCC) is a group of nonprofit, government, business and citizen leaders focused on improving the health and well being of our children, youth and families by helping service providers build lasting partnerships. HCC serves as a relationship broker, networker, communicator, convener, facilitator, information clearinghouse, capacity builder and advocate for our county's child, youth and family service providers. HCC also serves the community and other agencies by bringing stakeholders together around child or youth issues that require a coordinated response to bring about change.

Read our one-page summary of our vision, mission and goals.

We Value: Coordination. Cooperation. Communication. Collaboration. Quality. Innovation. Integrity. Compassion. Respect.
